Yes you can return your order, under following circumstances:
a) If the product was damaged during transit.
b) If the wrong product was shipped to you.

Yes, you can exchange your order. If you feel the product received by you doesn't suit you well or you do change your mind about it for any other reason, you can exchange it with another product of the same or higher value on our website.
The difference in amount per the new order value + to & fro courier charges will have to be paid by you.
Inform us about your intent to exchange within 1 day of receipt of the package, through an email on contactus@nirwaana.com.
Only one time exchange is allowed per order.

Yes, all the Nirwaana jewelry purchased directly from nirwaana.com are fully insured during shipment. We do this for you at no additional cost.

For the order value upto Rs.1000, we do charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.75.Free shipping is provided for the orders of value above Rs.1000.

It takes a maximum of 5-7days for any order to deliver to major cities in India. It can take a bit longer to smaller cities depending on your pin code. Exact schedule will be intimated to you upon purchase, through an email by us.

We are strictly against unusual editing of product pictures.
We have no control over the slight color differences that could occur due to variations in individual screen settings of various electronic devices.

The pictures we have posted on our website are the only ones we have available.
However since we use stones in their organic form for a lot of styles, no two pieces of such styles look the same. In these cases should you wish, you could ask for pictures of a particular style, at the time of your purchase. The additional pictures will be instantly clicked by the team using hand phone and sent to you, so kindly excuse random backgrounds for these. -

You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you on email giving dispatch details of your package.

The hard copy invoice of your order will accompany the package we dispatch. Should you require a soft copy of invoice, you could request for one at contactus@nirwaana.com and it will be emailed to you.

Yes, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, the process is simple. Please email us with the reason why you would like to cancel the order & we will refund you the entire amount.
After the order is already shipped, we do accept return or exchange. Please read our 'Return & Exchange Policy' in detail here.

Your refunds will be rolled back to your original method of payment if your payment was done using any of the online modes of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
In case your original payment method was cash on delivery, the amount will either be credited to your Nirwaana account in the form of gift voucher (with validity of 3months from date of issue) or transferred to your bank account thru NEFT, based on your preference.

Yes, please do send us an email along with the pictures showing what you would like us to repair. After reviewing the pictures, we will confirm to you if the damage can be repaired.
We will be happy to do minor repairs for you free of charge. In which case you will only be required to bear to & fro shipping charges of the product.
Any major repairs, if they do attract any charges, we will communicate to you.

It is completely normal for any plating to wear off after regular usage for longer period. Like anything else needs maintenance, so does your jewelry. Should you wish to read in detail about plated jewelry, please click here.
We can re-plate this for you. The re-plating will be done at an additional cost. The cost for re-plating of jewelry with and without gemstones would vary. Re-plating cost will be communicated to you as required.
In addition to re-plating cost, to & fro courier charges for the movement of this piece will have to be borne by you.
