Return & Exchange Policies

Important note : Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted & are made using natural gemstones / crystals. There might be slight variations in stone colors, shape of stone or blemishes that you notice which are actually the characteristics & the beauty of purchasing handmade products. These are no defects. Some of the styles use stones in the most organic form, making each piece unique & exclusive.

We follow a simple return & exchange policy for the convenience of our customers, details of which are as follows :

    • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the process is simple. Please email us with the reason why you would like to cancel the order & we will refund the entire amount. 
    • For the orders already shipped, email us contactus@nirwaana.com along with reasons for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Upon confirmation, a return pick-up from our end would be arranged from the address the order was shipped to. As we use the services of external service providers to process delivery and return pickups, it is possible that we do not have reverse pickup facility for your pin code. In such cases, for any exchange/return you may have to arrange reverse pickup, which will be refunded back to you once your exchange/return is approved from our end.
    • Please ensure the product is returned in unused, unwashed condition with complete original packaging material including retail box, padded envelope, bubble/ cotton pouches, gift cards etc. This is absolutely mandatory. 
    • After the quality check of the returned product is completed, the refund will be made to your account within 2 business days. Products that are damaged or modified may not be accepted.
    • For refunds - Credit is issued to your original method of payment if your payment was done using any of the online modes of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. In case your original payment method was cash on delivery, the amount will either be credited to your Nirwaana account in the form of gift voucher (with validity of 3months from date of issue) or transferred to your bank account thru NEFT, based on your preference. 
    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@nirwaana.com. 
    • Items purchased on SALE are to be considered as FINAL SALE only and are non-refundable.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.
    • In case you change your mind about your purchase upon receipt of the package and would like to exchange the order instead with another style from Nirwaana's jewelry collection, we also accept that. However you would be charged extra shipping costs incurred in calling back the previous product & shipping you the new one as per your choice.
