Ammonite

Ammonite are a group of extinct mollusc animals and commonly found as fossils of Jurassic age. Ammonites are earth healing fossils/crystals. They are spiral in shape symbolizing evolution or change. The ammonites converts all the energy it receives into positivity.

Russian pyrite ammonite

Russian pyrite ammonite

Russian pyrite ammonite is a fascinating stone whose origin goes back to Jurrasic period which is 145-201 million years ago. During that period, a large number of ammonites died because of presence of iron. The reaction between iron and sulphur present in the water formed iron pyrite and replaced each cell of the dead ammonites which lead to the creation of this stone.

It is a beautiful stone and has a naturally shimmering body with a hint of golden color. It is an elegant stone which stands out among all the other naturally created stones.

It is a privileged stone from the ammonite family and is fancied by many cultures across the world. For ancient Egyptians, this stone used to be a treasure to be found and its spiral pattern was believed as a symbol of galaxies.
