Citrine a variety of quartz is found in myriad colors such as brownish orange, red, lemon etc.

This transparent yellow quartz derives its name from French word ‘citron’, which means ‘lemon’. Though this stone is found in various parts of the world such as Spain, Madagascar, South Africa, France etc, the largest supplier of the natural citrine comes from Brazil.
